my morepro suddenly doesn't show time, sleep and steps. I think it went to a different set of data tracking that I can't figure out. how can I get it bac k to basics
Watch does not display
There is a missing gap between 18:10 to 24:00 on previous day
Just purchased an HM08C morePro watch and have the following issues: 1. Not getting incoming text notifications. I have enabled notifications on watch and phone. 2. The weather is not updating. 3. I can get my heartrate by going to the heart screen, but it doesn't update on the home screen (Leaves the reading fr my last manual update).
My more pro v19 pro won't measure my body temperature or record my ECG, says signal is to weak, but it is secure on my wrist with my phone 6" away. Also disconnects for no reason. Says check Bluetooth but the Bluetooth is on but watch is not signaling for a connection. Also, no warning on power being low but watch and app displays a full battery picture on both

Why is oxygen saturation not transferred to the H-Band app during the day? Is it because I have selected night monitoring?Shouldnt I be able to have day and night values recorded?
My watch keeps crashing - going back to nothing on the screen. When I syncrhronize, my steps are re-set to 0 instead of starting where I was & I lose the data for steps which is the main reason I use the watch. It crashed on Sunday while I was walking & just crashed again today. My sleep data is still there so it appears only data from my sync in the morning is kept.
My watch won't work on steps sleep BP temp was working not no more its fully charged and clean wore it 4 days don't know what's wrong
i can't get the temperature aspect of the device to turn on i get to point where it says to TURN ON..............but how/where?
The Morepro app will not sync and it freezes up alot.. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this app..
I have been trying to register my smartwatch since yesterday and keep getting a message that there is an unresolved network error.
I am trying to login for the first time. The login keeps telling me that there is aa network failure. Everything works on my end so why is there an issue with my login on your end. All I want to do is sign up on my new account.
The vibratiin notification stopped working. Yes the do not disturb is off. I have reset the watch. It still will not vibrate and the phone is only 3 1/2 months old.
Is there a step by step video on how to set up my watch and sync it with my iPhone 6? I have been struggling for over 2 hours, downloaded the Morepro App to my phone, bluetooth is on and no device is recognized. My sales slip states the watch is a FT 26 but I don't see it on your website. Getting frustrated. Cheers. Jay
My morePro used to work for measuring BP & Heart Rate and it was fairly accurate, but lately it shows x/xxx and the app tells me to make sure the device is worn correctly. With it fully charged, it still gives me the same messages. I have noticed the green lights do not come on anymore when taking these measurements. What can I do to get these functions back?
My MorePro is telling me that my Heart Rate (HR) is over 100+ and alerts me about every 5-10 minutes. My OMRON Intelli Sense (Which is calibrated with my GP's Clinic unit ) shows my BP is 60-62 which is about = to my Pace Maker setting of 60. Any idea of what's the issue behind this most irritating alert?
My morePro has been working correctly for 1 month, love how easy it is to take BP. Today in Bp mode the watch shows x/xxx. The app tells me to make sure device is worn correctly. I fully charged it and still same messages. Since I have been getting results for a month, and I do it the same daily, I don’t think it is user error. Help
