I have a brand new HM08 and am trying to synch with my Android. Blue tooth is on, FitCloudPro is installed and open, and watch is charged. App + morePro CANNOT CONNECT! It worked fine the past 2 months and yes I've tried EVERYTHING from charging to powering OFF & ON, to restart, to troubleshoot on app... WiFi is the SAME no issues prior. App will not connect to MorePro!!!! Ugh! This was supposed to bey birthday present that replaced my FitBit. Did I make a mistake choosing this watch!? App stop working permanently now and the tracker itself is totally wrong. Sp02 stopped reading as well. Totally useless product and app.
I can't get the phone to sink with the watch. The three lights on the phone show that is sinking and the sinking function on the watch show that it's sinking. It takes me back to the Registered Version which I select. It takes me to Select Region (repeatedly) which I select the United States. I'm taken to Log in screen. When I select log in it appears to be trying for several seconds then it brings me back to the "search and pair with device" screen. Then it returns me back to Registered Version and the cycle starts again. Please call 404-429-9291. It's a good life, Sam

Got my watch August 7. It kept disconnecting from app. Then August 12 the watch died. It will not charge at all. Just dead.

I brought two of these watches and within a short period of time the watch stop working properly. I have booted the watch multiple times trying to get the proper blood pressure and heart beat rate. I can’t find any information on how to even get the correct time. However, in the very beginning I felt the watch was working and wore it even when I went to sleep. I am not sure if it is worth getting another watch like this. I have the watch this rating only because people have to experience this watch for themselves. I don’t want anyone to not experience this type of watch because it helps people like myself to believe that it can help them and I want this company to try to fix these problems.
Please fix the problems and also make the watch accessible to everyone because the cost is good and allows people to stay healthy. I just want to add one more thing why does the watch stop charging itself.

I was really happy when I purchased my MorePro, at the time it was recommended to use the HBand App which I was not too thrilled with until I came across the MorePro App.
The first time I used it, I was really thrilled with it as well as with the variety of options it has, but the first night it didn’t record my sleep info. This seemed to have fixed itself after the first night and I’ve been using the app every day with no problems till now. Since yesterday, when I open the app it prompts me to log in again and fill in all my info as if I was a first time user, info I have already filled in (age, weight, height etc) and when I’m done filling everything in, the app instead of starting, goes back to the log in page again, so I can’t get into the app since yesterday.
I hope this is just a bug and gets fixed immediately since I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.
Otherwise the product and the app are great, and will be even greater when I can use it again!

I purchased two of these watches last year and they worked perfectly including call notifications messages notifications even Facebook Snapchat and all fitness trackers. One watch is still working, the other one broke over time, the sensors fell out. this time I purchased another two new ones this year of 2021 and the only thing that works with notifications is the call notification but messages are not working. We keep the app open on our phones but that makes no difference. Whatever happens to the app, please make necessary updates.
Would be nice if Facebook messenger app was added. By the way - Facebook notifications also don’t work.
