App not working
I was really happy when I purchased my MorePro, at the time it was recommended to use the HBand App which I was not too thrilled with until I came across the MorePro App. The first time I used it, I was really thrilled with it as well as with the variety of options it has, but the first night it didn’t record my sleep info. This seemed to have fixed itself after the first night and I’ve been using the app every day with no problems till now. Since yesterday, when I open the app it prompts me to log in again and fill in all my info as if I was a first time user, info I have already filled in (age, weight, height etc) and when I’m done filling everything in, the app instead of starting, goes back to the log in page again, so I can’t get into the app since yesterday. I hope this is just a bug and gets fixed immediately since I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. Otherwise the product and the app are great, and will be even greater when I can use it again!
Can we get more specific on device battery life? Even if just through the app - even better on the watch. Great product, though. But so far, I haven’t had warning that the battery is dying and then data is lost (not recorded & because the battery died). And I can’t find anywhere (other than a tiny battery graphic) to indicate the current battery status. Can I suggest a percentage relayed to the app or on the watch itself? Maybe a warning if the battery is low and at the right point for an effective recharge that preserves overall battery lifetime? Or am I missing something? The manual doesn’t offer anything. bb
Small grey tab upper left
Well I like the app and had a few questions that support helped me with. But they asked me to change the password from 0000 default to something I would use. But after I did that I started seeing a small grey half circle top left of my screen that comes and goes. So I started checking to see if others are seeing it bit could not get an answer. But I noticed that when I turn Bluetooth off it goes away. Could it be a indication that the all is checking my MorePro?? I'm just concerned that I may be spying on. So maybe you can check your phones and see.
MorePro ECG PPG Fitness Tracker
Love the watch, in fact I ordered another one to give to my daughter as she is a runner I think she will like it too. One suggestion - The notifications email, SMS etc. disappear quickly or can be written over by multiple ones coming in. It would be nice to have a “notifications” page where you could see perhaps the last 5 notifications received. I recognize that the UI would limit that as there is only one button. Even just the last notification would be useful. Cheers Bob
App not quite ready
The main reason I bought the morePro was I could set my heart rate threshold with notifications. While the app allows you to update the settings that you want under “Heart Rate Scope” it does not remain in the on position and the lower settings don’t work. For example, I have a health condition, CFS, where it is beneficial that I do not elevate my heart rate above 60% of my max. Which for me is 108. I’d like to be notified when my heart rate exceeds that number. This function however is not working. I hope this will be fixed, because I’d like recommend it. Unfortunately, currently it’s not meeting my needs and feels like a waste of money. Other design features are nice and the app looks clean and sharp.
I just saw an ad about induction charging an iPad and an iPhone. Can I use an induction charger on your moPro? This would eliminate having to remove your wrist band to charge your device. Note that I am old and have a hard time removing your wrist band. If I can’t use an induction charger, do you have a wristband removal tool for easier band removal? Ray There’s a problem with your sleep subroutine. It has been reporting no data on several occasions. It seems that when I awake before my scheduled entered awake time and check the sleep time, the watch clears memory. It is very disconcerting to see no data, as I am closely monitoring my vitals in search of th cause of my recent increase in blood pressure. Mahalo I just downloaded your latest software version. There seems to be a problem with you steps and heart rate displays. They don’t display data beyond 12 noon. Ray
Stopped Working Properly
Until a week ago this app was working great. Now it’s stuck I. “Yesterday” even though it says today’s date when I click on “yesterday”. It’s stopped tracking my sleep and my BP and Heart rate tracking is erratic. I can find no way to correct the date and no way to make it start tracking my sleep again. I have erased all data, deleted and restored the app, turned my phone and the watch off and on again. And it’s still being screwy. I’m very frustrated. There’s no place to troubleshoot and the website doesn’t seem to have my version of the watch. But even if it did it’s a crappy site and not super helpful.
Love the health features
I love all the health features especially to monitor my sleep cycles and such. I was curious to know if I have sleep apnea and this relieved me of that concern. Difficult to figure out first because it does not come with a manual. My daughter taught me the features. The only problem I’ve noticed is that it does not hold a charge very long and does not start record my sleep until hours after I’ve gone to bed. So it makes me wonder how accurate that information is. A good users manual would be very helpful.
Pretty good device for about 1/3 of the money of a Fitbit.
I’ve been using this for around three weeks. It tracks steps at least as accurately as my wife’s far more expensive device. I have double-checked my blood pressure, which has been pretty close, and you can make several modifications (like screen brightness, duration, style from the phone). Very happy with my purchase and the software. Easy to use and understand as well.
Love my watch
I was a little nervous about getting the watch it once I got it I loved it! I spent hours looking at different options online. The MorePro watch was the best fit for what I was looking for! It has so many different options and constantly watches my heart rate and blood pressure. It also seems to be very accurate on counting my steps! I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fitness watch.
This device would be great if it was consistent with the data. Every morning I have to tour off my phone to get the data to update on my phone. Often it takes about 1/2 day for it to become current. For example, today it is afternoon and I still don’t have yesterday’s data complete on my phone and two days say “yesterday” and today’s screen doesn’t even appear. Very disappointed in the accuracy and timing. This device certainly needs some bug fixes. As of today this device isn’t tracking any data and it is two days behind on dates.
This has a lot of features, but intermittently the blood pressure will not work
Currently the ECG does not work with the App. Each time I cared to do so, I deleted the app and re downloaded from the cloud. When I have time. I will start again from scratch. This is a clever device, but disappointed in the one feature I bought it for not working. The ECG is non functional, although it has worked at the start.
I’ve owned my watch for couple of weeks and at first was disappointed in the bp monitor as that was one if my main reasons for purchasing it and it seemed to be off a great deal. After fully reading the instructions, I learned I needed to setup my demographics and enter my personal baseline. Once I did that it’s worked great and has been within one or two points of what the doctor registered. Great buy at an excellent price.
If app continually crashes uninstall reinstall fixes it
Update after repetitive app crashes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged in works great now! a watch That uses this app for the info. It was a great app with minimal flaws but as of today, all the app does is crash. I can’t access my data or add new data. Also sleep app stops monitoring sleep patterns once you’ve been up for 5 min. Even if you fall back to sleep.
This application seems like a pretty decent app, but I just can’t get over the readability. It’s extremely evident that this app is written by someone who is not a native English speaker. The readability comes off as quite clumsy and sometimes unclear. Please invest in someone reworking the application from a writing and English language perspective. It’s one of those types of feature that gets no praise but tons of complaints if not done properly. There is a bug that displays the average light and deep sleep hours incorrectly. The time displayed for deep is actually light and vice versa.
