app is not working on pixel 2 or a pixel 6. running Android 11 and 13 respectively and all up to date but still cannot access the app.

To resolve Secret Flying network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Secret Flying App
1. On android, goto Settings » Secret Flying » click [Force Stop]

Clear Secret Flying App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Secret Flying » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Secret Flying.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Secret Flying » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Secret Flying » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Secret Flying
