Pilot FlyingJ app will not open
I stopped getting challenges on my app when all my coworkers continue to get them. Customer service ignored my email.
I have downloaded the app received the confirmation email. When I try to confirm I get the spinning wheel. The app does not load. I have not been able to use it. I have forced stopped it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I don't know what else to do.
My fuel pilot app not work
My app when I’m at fuel Island it will not connect to the server to use the fuel card. The rest of the app works just fine. I have checked my phone and reset my phone and still the same.
App tells Me to update but it won’t allow it. So I have no access to the app.
App was working fine until last weekends company app crash ...now it will not accept wallet code on samsung 7 ? Help desk said I needed to upgrade phone ....dont think so ....Hello Loves ....Pilot has gone a bit too far with this deal ......your going to lose some customers Mr.Haslem
iPhone 7.5 does not support the iOS 16 required app update. So now I either have to buy a new phone or start going to Loves. I won’t be buying a new iPhone just to use your app so Loves it shall be. Thanks
Can not log in/ can not get a new password
Won't let me add credit card. Says, "Oops, server problem, try again later." "Later never works either.
App will not accept payment card for mobile fueling. I have been getting the same message for 6 months with 2 different companies and 2 different fuel cards. App say “OOPSWE ARE HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO SERVER. PLEASE TRY AGAIN. It would not be a big deal if you would fix your damn card readers on your pumps seeing as about 90% don’t work and causes backups at pumps.
Everytime I try to add my EFS card as a payment card, an error comes up saying "something went wrong trying to add your card". I'm putting the number in correct. I've added these cards before so there should be no reason for it to reject the card. Also, it cheated me a whole bunch of points for my most recent fuel up.
Can not complete registration. App hangs up. Progression wheel keeps spinning to no end.

Cannot connect TCH / Fleetone Fuel card
Why can I not reserve prime parking on the app? Had this problem for awhile now. App has been deleted and reinstalled a few times, and I now have a new phone. This is very aggravating to have to call customer service and wait to talk to a rep to reserve parking and use my points.
