Really cool app. It’s been not only fun and fascinating but useful as well.

I’ve given it four stars because I hope in the future, the utility of SecretFlying will be augmented to include cheapest routes and travel option from your location to the deals listed. For example, I went to Bogota Columbia on an awesome deal I found out of Miami using SecretFlying . Getting to Miami from Minnesota however was another hurtle. In the end I found a 30 dollar round trip ticket on sun country and with time and effort had a blast in South America for about $260 of airfare. SecretFlying helped spark the idea but didn’t help me execute it.

That being said, I think it’s a indispensable app for the INDUSTRIOUS traveler.

App tells me I need to pay to avoid ads and get notifications (fine) but there is no (clear?) place in SecretFlying where I can actually sign up. The heck?

Also, I selected to have the images not displayed just to see what it would look like. Gross is the clear answer. Instead of how things are, might I suggest simply reducing each deal to the headline? The text below where the image would be is often redundant anyway (and should probably be deleted altogether). By removing the space where the image is, and the text below it, less data would be used, more deals would show on screen and the whole UX would look much cleaner. Just a thought.

Very upset. I messaged them the day my subscription was renewing to cancel - because honestly- I checked all the deals they were sending and it’s the same prices you can find on Skyscanner or any other booking site - so, I messaged to cancel, and they did not, abs still charged me - then messaged me 2 days later that they don’t do refunds.

Super upsetting, any legitimate and non-scamming service tells you before hand if they’ll charge your card, and then actually honor cancellations. I messaged them the same day the payment went out to refund right away and cancel- and nothing.

I feel scammed and super upset by these shady shady dealings.

Overall SecretFlying and notifications are great. However I prefer Business Class (or at least Premium Economy) so would like the option to filter by class of service so I don’t get so many notifications for Economy (or worse yet Basic Economy) internationals flights I would never book

I swear by SecretFlying but it needs a few changes. Please separate central America and the Caribbean because most of the deals are Mexico and it makes it nearly impossible to scroll through the deals for actual Caribbean islands. Also, the bookmark feature does not work. I have been bookmarking tens of the flight deals and I went to look and I only have four bookmarks. The bookmark and feature does not work for me.

Love the deals on SecretFlying! Haven’t purchased anything but once I find a deal form my city I def will.

Only thing is I didn’t sign up to get push notifications from ALL US deals. I only want to get push notifications for deals from my city. No interest in flights from London to New Dheli!

How do unsubscribe to all push notifications that aren’t from/to my city without turning off all push notifications for SecretFlying via my iPhone settings?!?

If you aren’t picky on where you go this is great. It also helps to live near a big city with lots of international flights. I’ve personally never have booked on anything but the airlines website but it offers lots of different booking options.

I simply love using this app. They have helped me save hundreds of dollars on vacationing to different locations around the world. I highly recommend this app and the this app app as it’s one of the most valuable tools to help save money and learn about another place other than home.

Also, you tap on a alert and it won’t take you to it; it just open SecretFlying and you have to scroll to the one you want.
All that said; what it does is amazing!!!!!!
Saves so much time!!!!! And even more $$$!
Wish they had a paid version that would allow for better/more customization!!!

Been following their website for a couple of years and now they have SecretFlying... hell yeah keep up the good work guys. Thank you for all the great information you give. You guys have actually help my wife and I find affordable flights!!!

Initially, I couldn’t figure out how to refine it to a specific city In the US. The developers contacted me and guided me to the general area, I still had a hard time, but maybe I’m just not techie enough. Finally figured you have to hit the arrow on the US country selection AND THEN the cities pop up. I’m excited to get a good deal. I saw one from LAX to Barcelona for cheap!!!

Must be a lot of fake reviews. I thought it was worthless.
Update: after getting a snide response from the developer to my initial review (who could have just as easily asked me why I thought it was worthless), I re-downloaded SecretFlying .
I correct my assessment: for me, it’s worthless.
I have flown a lot, but I almost always have specific destinations and dates. SecretFlying doesn’t seem to be designed for that. When I search for my home airport, for example, nothing comes up.

I initially had trouble signing up and using SecretFlying early this morning. However, support returned my message promptly, explaining they were inundated with new members. By late morning, SecretFlying was functioning as advertised and I got what I paid for.

I love SecretFlying! It’s completely awesome. I’ve never found better travel deals on my own! I’ve used it 3 times already and all flights have been at good times, with large, well known commercial airlines and we have flown without a hitch.

I like SecretFlying and website very much. My only gripe is that the developer made changes for the worse.

I had subscribed for the notifications and the option to eliminate ads. Then the developer soon after (2 months) released an update that shows ads and notifications to everyone and there is no recourse.

It used to be the case that I could select what cities I prefer to be notified about. I wish I could do that again, but I can’t seem to find that option any longer.

Otherwise, SecretFlying lives up to its name.

This is the best flight deals ever. This type of app you keep for life. I fly all over the world every other week and I wouldn’t dare book another flight without running SecretFlying first. The Secret is out, let’s go places and explore.

The team is super quick at inputting offers, thank you for that! It would be nice to include an option to get notifications for particular countries :)

Finally a free budget travel app for not only flights, but some hotels too. I live between some distance between many hubs and I’ve got it set to them all.

App is a little slow and glitchy on occasion, but it works well enough and has a clean interface that’s easier to navigate than their desktop website.

First you have to sign up for an account to use only to find SecretFlying is not iPad friendly and only supports portrait mode.

You are then limited to major cities to find flights from and to. After spending time loading the closest airport and desired locations I find zero results.

I’m then sent notifications for deals from random airports and destinations that have no bearing on my choices. These deals are often listed in foreign currency.

When I go back and try to find deals for the locations I chose I find this information is gone and I have to resubmit this information only to get zero results.

I’ll let SecretFlying update one or twice, if it is still as bad as it is now I’m deleting.

I’ve been following Secret Flying for a while and love hunting for the latest deals, but sometimes deals appear and disappear fast. SecretFlying is fast an instant. Great job guys

Definitely would recommend

There are a lot of great sites including Fare Drop, Fare Deal, Momondo etc but Secret Flying makes it so easy to find business class deals. My new favorite App👍🏽

A friend originally referred me to SecretFlying, and I am so glad she did. Within a week I booked two flights. And of course, anticipate many more. It finds such amazing deals.
