Awesome app for tracking rent and expenses
I've been using this now for over 3 months. They have a great support team with incredible response rates. They are helpful and pleasant in all my interactions... User friendly and very easy to use. Reports on your fingertips and reminders makes handling ones portfolio easy

It makes managing my rental properties so much easier.
Great app does what I needed the best out of any available. The support team are so responsive they responded to my query in 5mins, and then an hour later had an update to the store with everything fixed. Really great service and good to know they can be relied on.

Using it all the time
Best and simple rent tracking app on play store. Saw a negative review about permissions. Yes you need to give right permissions to use the app, so not really sure what's the issue with that. If you have trouble giving permissions, why use any app.
