EXCELLENT APP
This app is perfect for my small rental property business. The app actually has more features than I need. However, they do not interfere with my management. The creators of this app respond very quickly to emails. They are extremely helpful and courteous. They are also open to suggestions in making this app be the most beneficial to me. I highly recommend this app to the small rental companies out there.

not bad
purchased this app, after doing some research, this one is the best so far. no monthly fees.. multiple device access.. some issues with photos, does not let you pic a foto trom the camera, have to take a fresh one. also, some parts are a little confusing, separate columns for tenants and leases, which is the same... just sort it by unit number. in addition, no easy access to add rent payments, have to go inside the lease and poke around.. but over all, it's the best app for that price.
