PhotoShare Frame Status

My 14-inch frame does not show up on your web-site when trying to transfer photos. I took the frame ID directly from the frame itself and your phone app. The system is telling me no such ID number exists in your system, yet I can see my frame and the Frame ID on the app. I need to have my frame loaded onto your site to more easily transfer photos. Thanks.

Not all the pics on my frame show up in the app, so I can't delete or edit them. Also, app keeps freezing and I have to do a hard shutdown.

I have submitted 2 support request, no response. I purchased two new 10" frames and am still having issues with the first one. Trying to setup 2nd one and can not even get the app to set up at all for gift. Taking it back to store while I can. No response for over two weeks of waiting on response on first frame. I have my own frame for over 5 years and have loved it and wanted to give these two as gifts. How did improving the app cause this much issues? you have made your products pieces of crap!

Will not take my password.

I've tried re setting my password. I've gotten 3 verification codes, entered all three, then it tells me email and verification code do not exist. I tried signing up for new account and it advised I already had an active account!! What do I do?

After a power outage of about an hour, I can't get the PhotoShare frame to reset the auto on/off function. I had it set to come on at 8am and go to sleep at 9pm. Not happening!

App keeps stopping

The pictures are there, I can go into settings and see them, but the slideshow potion isn't working, it constantly returns to the clock. I turned it off, turned it back on, turned it off, unplugged it from the power source, after about 10 secs plugged it back in and it goes straight to the clock and doesn't leave there, even though the slideshow is on.

My iphone is sending photos to my frame but they are not appearing on the frame. In settings on the frame, It says network diagnostic is offline and it will not run the firmware update. How do I correct this? Why isn't my frame uploading the photos being sent from my iphone?

I have wep security and can see WiFi on pbotoshare but it will not take password

***** FRAME ID NOT WORKING????? EASY FIX! ********* Uninstall the photo share app. Go to app store and DOWNLOAD PhotoShare Frame v2 . Now you can successfully register your frame and the ID WILL work!

Trying to register but keeps telling me the frame id is not on server. What a piece of overpriced crap.

For those having issues with the Frame ID, make sure you're using the right photoshare frame app store version. This is usually caused by using the wrong one. Look for Photoshare frame V2, worked for the one i gave to a family member that had the same issue.

The photo frame only shows the clock and very dimly. I can go to the pics, and it'll show just one and then revert back to the clock.

From the beginning, we have been having problems. We finally got it working, but then about a week or so ago, it stopped staying connected to the internet. It would connect, but then disconnect immediately. Now today, it shut off and it will not turn back on. My 30 day exchange period from Amazon expired on the 12th of July. This was a birthday present for my mother in law back in june. I really need to get this working for her or exchange it for a new one. Please please please help,

We were away for a few weeks and wanted to add pictures and it will not take them. We have checked connections and no luck. Plays pictures already on it but will not accept new.

Trying to add more photos via email. I have waited hours, but the photos did not arrive on the photo frame. I see no menu or area where I can refresh to see if they will come on. I have turned it off and then on again. No luck.

Photo’s sent to Photo Frame using the email address are not showing up in the Photo Frame. The email method was working fine, but not to today 04-10-2022. Tried sending photo using the app and that worked. Is there something wrong with the email method?

When the pictures are moving from picture, there is a "glitch"....it's more like it stalls when moving from picture to picture. Received this photo frame for Christmas, and it has worked flawlessly up until the past couple of weeks.
