Message states bug. will not send.

Will not show downloaded photos says they r there but wont show

My frame is stuck on a screen that says, PolaroidFrameUsAndroid isn't responding. Do you want to close it? I click "ok" but it's frozen on that screen. I turned it off, but the same screen is on when I turn it back on.

I have connected to the frame from my iPhone. I’ve been able to send pictures to the frame. How do I view the pictures on my iPhone that are on the frame?

I cannot link my phone. No QR code to scan, it says unable to connect to network, yet when I go to my Wi-Fi it’s connected.

Was working for about a week. Now when I try to send (upload) pictures to my Polaroid frame from my phone app, it goes through the motions but ends up with a "not sent" error message. It appears that other folks also have had this issue.

I have a Polaroid Photo Frame Version : V1.1st.4 I have a 16GB SD card for extra memory plugged in. I have loaded 120 photos thus far. I am trying to “send” 8 more photos …. The send says 100% complete for loading and then says “Failure to send”. Would like to load more photos…. Help.

I can’t use the link code to my app to sync frame

So mine seems to reboot after every slideshow, why🤷‍♂️

The photo frame shows it is connected to our internet but doesn’t provide a login code or useable scan code.

The picture frame keeps making clicking noises, like when you go into settings or from picture mode to menu mode, makes that clicking noise a lot on its own

Only been using the PDWX-800BB frame for a few months and a couple weeks ago it stopped turning on. If I unplug and plug back up the frame will work again. No matter what I do, when I try to add pictures it says “failure to send” I’m connected to wifi on both phone and frame. Show more loaded to my phone is V 1.3.406. The Notification page on my phone is blank saying that it is loading, but it's been "loading" for a while now. I am able to get the weather on the frame though. Please fix this issue in your app!!!!

Frame is not connecting to wifi can not transfer photos

The frame keeps saying installing update for 2 days. Tried to power off still does it for a full day. Unplugged power and same message.

It doesn’t turn on by itself anymore because when I touch it on it asks if I want to update it and I have to say yes everyday. It only lets me say yes and not no. It never clears out so the timer works.

My frame says network unavailable and I cannot transfer new photos to the frame. Frame has been doing this since Friday and despite all my troubleshooting efforts to reboot, reinstall, deleting and reloading app.
