Message states bug. will not send.

Will not show downloaded photos says they r there but wont show

My frame is stuck on a screen that says, PolaroidFrameUsAndroid isn't responding. Do you want to close it? I click "ok" but it's frozen on that screen. I turned it off, but the same screen is on when I turn it back on.

I got a few pictures on there but now it says it fails to send. Even if the frame says it is linked and we are connected to the wifi

My poloroid 3.0 Wi-Fi Photo Frame has been working well for over (2) years. In the past week it lost some functionality. The frame viewer continues to display photos from a thumb drive, but the touch screen does not work and I cannot view videos, or look at any other display of photos besides the auto play.

I have connected to the frame from my iPhone. I’ve been able to send pictures to the frame. How do I view the pictures on my iPhone that are on the frame?

I cannot link my phone. No QR code to scan, it says unable to connect to network, yet when I go to my Wi-Fi it’s connected.

Was working for about a week. Now when I try to send (upload) pictures to my Polaroid frame from my phone app, it goes through the motions but ends up with a "not sent" error message. It appears that other folks also have had this issue.

My frame was working now it is stuck on a screen that reads Polaroid and has 3 dots that just rotate rotate in a sequence. I have tried unplugging and cannot get past this screen.

My frame won't go past the Polaroid page. I've turned it off several times. When I try to link it in my app, the frame is there, but when I try to click on it, nothing happens.

I have a Polaroid Photo Frame Version : V1.1st.4 I have a 16GB SD card for extra memory plugged in. I have loaded 120 photos thus far. I am trying to “send” 8 more photos …. The send says 100% complete for loading and then says “Failure to send”. Would like to load more photos…. Help.

I can’t use the link code to my app to sync frame

So mine seems to reboot after every slideshow, why🤷‍♂️

The photo frame shows it is connected to our internet but doesn’t provide a login code or useable scan code.

The picture frame keeps making clicking noises, like when you go into settings or from picture mode to menu mode, makes that clicking noise a lot on its own

Cannot connect to the frame. Says “bind already”

Only been using the PDWX-800BB frame for a few months and a couple weeks ago it stopped turning on. If I unplug and plug back up the frame will work again. But as soon as it times out it will not start playing photos again without unplugging and plugging back in again. Any help would be appreciated as this is fairly new photo frame. Thanks!

No matter what I do, when I try to add pictures it says “failure to send” I’m connected to wifi on both phone and frame. I’ve rebooted both phone and frame, made sure the settings on my phone allow use of all photos. I’ve uploaded the first 814 pictures no problem. The Polaroid rep I had on the phone sent me a picture to my frame. Why won’t this work anymore? I want this to work! Can anyone here help me bc they can’t at Polaroid.

Got a 10" WI-Fi Digital Picture Frame for Mother's Day but I am not able to get a video from my iphone to the Polaroid frame? I select the video but the Polaroid app does not show up as an option to send it to. Is there a setting I am not aware of that needs to be activated? thanks in advance for your help. M

The version on the frame says V1.1.4 and the version that is uploaded to my phone is V 1.3.406. The Notification page on my phone is blank saying that it is loading, but it's been "loading" for a while now. I am able to get the weather on the frame though. Please fix this issue in your app!!!!

Frame is not connecting to wifi can not transfer photos

The frame keeps saying installing update for 2 days. Tried to power off still does it for a full day. Unplugged power and same message.

It doesn’t turn on by itself anymore because when I touch it on it asks if I want to update it and I have to say yes everyday. It only lets me say yes and not no. It never clears out so the timer works.

My frame says network unavailable and I cannot transfer new photos to the frame. Frame has been doing this since Friday and despite all my troubleshooting efforts to reboot, reinstall, deleting and reloading app.

Been trying to connect app to frame all day to add new pics. "Network Unavailable." Connected to internet. Cleared cache. Rebooted phone, frame, internet. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same thing. Other apps, including those that connect to other wifi devices are working fine. Help.

I am connected to my network network, my mobile data is on, my frame is working, I have rebooted my phone. When I try to send a picture from my phone to my photo frame I get the message, network unavailable, in the past after about 6 tries it sends the picture but now I keep getting the message unavailable. How do I fix this?
