If you’re ok with just using the app or logging into the website, the frame works just fine, it’s a bit buggy with weather and other stuff, if you want to email pictures to the frame, there are better options out there…. Just saying

I finally found a number to call customer service (or should I say customer disservice?) (1-800-736-7948) I wanted to rearrange the pictures and control the order in which music plays from the stick I used to play music. The service person told me that the firmware has no way to rearrange anything. That is a really unfortunate circumstance. So imagine you have all the pictures you want on your frame and someone send you a number of new pictures. The only way to get the new pictures info the frame interspersed among the other pictures is to remove every picture and put them all back on again in the order you want. It seems like the most basic of programmers would know that this isn't the best means for using this frame. Get to work on improved firmware now!

Love the frame and everything works fine with the exception of the email. The email address created and loaded on the frame does not exist. I have tried sending pictures using that address and the email gets returned by the mail administrator because it "does not exist".

The idea of this app is great. We bought the frame as a gift and the recipient loves the physical frame itself. But the app is really terrible and frustrating.
For starters, if you don’t upload all your pictures to the app before sharing them to the frame, there won’t be any record that they were sent. You can select pictures from your Apple photos app and share them to the PhotoShare frame app, and that will open the PhotoShare frame app and allow you to select the frame to send to and everything, but it won’t store the photo or provide any record that you shared it so you have to just remember what photos you already sent to the frame. Same thing if you try to use this with Google photos.
Also, even if you do upload all your photos to the app in advance to have a record, if you are sharing to more than one frame, the app doesn’t differentiate if a photo has been shared to one frame or the other or both. If it has been shared at all, there will be a check mark on it and that’s the only indicator you get.
There is also no way for the owner of the frame to sort their photos. They will appear on the frame in whatever order they were received, so I feel bad sending more than 2 photos of any given event because I don’t want them seeing 8 pictures of the same birthday party in a row when, for example, the frame owner has other kids and grandkids. If the pictures could be shuffled I’d be happy to send far more.
It’s a good idea but the app needs a lot of improvement.

I like the frame and display however your app is terrible. A 12 year old could write a better interface. Instructions are almost non existent and what’s there is very lacking and the app functions do not work. Emailing a picture directly function worked once then no more emailed pictures arrived at the frame. Emailed another person so they could share photos to the frame. They downloaded the app and followed instructions but the admin did not receive notification to approve or reject the new user. Without the notification there is no way for the admin to approve the user to add photos. So sharing with others is impossible. There are no instructions on how to load a video and the app does not send the video to the frame. People are spending a lot of money to purchase this display unit that they can manage from their phone and expect the software will work as advertised. But unfortunately for me this app doesn’t work. If you really wanted to provide a quality product and sell more you would have invest a little more money in the software developer. Very frustrated and there is no help provided the app has no support numbers or text options. Buyer beware of this one.

I like the frame but when you upload photos from the app, sometimes they appear in the frame and sometimes they don’t. If the frame is turned off, the photos never appear. The are supposed to be stored for 48 hours until the frame is connected again, but I’ve tested it several times and it never appears. I also tried emailing pictures and they never appear even though the app claims they do. You also have to scroll through all your pics rather than pick from a folder like your favorites. Checkboxes appear on the pics in the app where you have uploaded photos, but if your photos never make it to the frame, the checkboxes are still there. If you are sending pics to a family member you will never know if the pics made it to the frame or not. This is the main reason I purchased this and for this reason I must return the frame. I do not recommend this at all.
