- Cleaning zones must be rectangular

- Cannot combine areas in software or queue a series

- App shows an “updating new map” notification

- Error notification without explanation

- Drops WiFi connection and stops vacuuming in the middle of a room

- App drops connection to the Internet requiring frequent re-boots

Neato D8, Android S21, Neato App When Neato was new, I had a problem pairing with phone, via app. Called Neato tech support, they gave me a work around, said Neato App had a bug. Somehow, Neato and phone lost paring about a month ago. Cannot connect and do not remember what work around was. Please, can you help, the vacuum is almost new !! Thanks D Page

How to fix Neato Robotics app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Neato Robotics app on iPhone
Update Neato Robotics app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Neato Robotics iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Neato Robotics on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Neato Robotics network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Neato Robotics not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Neato Robotics App
1. On android, goto Settings » Neato Robotics » click [Force Stop]

Update Neato Robotics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Neato Robotics App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Neato Robotics » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Neato Robotics.

Fix Neato Robotics unable to contact server/ Neato Robotics internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Neato Robotics » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Neato Robotics » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Neato Robotics
