- The initial connection process for the app can be difficult and may require router configuration and MAC address manipulation.

- The app has many issues and needs a full redesign, particularly for the expensive vacuum.

- There is no support presence for US customers, making it difficult to claim warranty if hardware breaks.

- The vacuum may randomly reset itself and the app and vacuum may not work in sync, requiring re-pairing.

To resolve ProscenicHome network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ProscenicHome App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProscenicHome » click [Force Stop]

Clear ProscenicHome App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProscenicHome » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProscenicHome.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProscenicHome » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProscenicHome » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProscenicHome
