How to fix carVertical app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the carVertical app on iPhone
Update carVertical app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall carVertical iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix carVertical on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve carVertical network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

carVertical Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix carVertical not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the carVertical App
1. On android, goto Settings » carVertical » click [Force Stop]

Update carVertical to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear carVertical App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » carVertical » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart carVertical.

Fix carVertical unable to contact server/ carVertical internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click carVertical » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto carVertical » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
