As many other reviewers highlighted, there are so many issues with the App that it’s impossible to use all features of expensive vacuum. It needs full redesign. For reference, check mobile app of 360 robot vacuum.
On top, there is no support presence for US customers. No one responds to email and chat messages on website. This makes it difficult to keep this expensive vacuum if you feel you won’t be able to claim warranty if hardware breaks
Robot companies need to realize mobile app has the same weight age and value as the hardware. People buy products for both features and ease of use

Tonight my M7 Pro was charging on its base when, all of a sudden, a voice says “welcome to your vacuum” or something like that. As if it just randomly reset itself. I opened up the app on my iPhone and the vacuum is no longer listed there. Looks like I have to pair everything again, but the app and vacuum are not working in sync. I can connect to the M7 Pro via WiFi to our in my WiFi network credentials, but it just spins until hitting 100% and then error-ing our. Odd since the vacuum will say it’s connected to my WiFi network. Overall, not pleased with my purchase anymore.

Some features work ok, like the scheduling, self dumping, and home finding. But the app itself needs serious improvement. The M7 forgets restricted areas and the house layout randomly and often quickly after learning them. I have not gone more than a week without having to reset them, even though it remembers other settings. It needs to remember all the settings I have it set to otherwise it gets stuck on things it should be restricted from every single time it launches, getting nothing done.
