My cox wifi app will not load up on any device I install on

My app takes me to different screens after I login and I'm not able to set up my new HD 2 Camera. I have a Galaxy 9 Plus Android phone thru T-Mobile so I wouldn't think there would be a compability issue . Re-installed the app, restarted the phone. Still not working.
