Can't login on my cox app
Bills late. Y’all fault, app ain’t working
Despite having internet connection and access, the Cox app says it cannot connect to the internet. I have tried three different wifi connections, turned wifi off and on again, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and restarted my phone, yet nothing works to get the app to connect to the internet. I am currently deployed out of country and have no cell service, so I cannot use mobile data. When I logon (that is the only function I can do on the app), the app also says "Cannot complete action".
Cox App will not open. Problem started after updating App to 3.21.1. App worked fine prior to that, deleted app and reinstalled, still not working. I am using IPHONE 6 plus 12.5.5.
