How to fix CyberGhost app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CyberGhost app on iPhone
Update CyberGhost app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CyberGhost iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CyberGhost on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CyberGhost network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CyberGhost Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CyberGhost not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CyberGhost App
1. On android, goto Settings » CyberGhost » click [Force Stop]

Update CyberGhost to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CyberGhost App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CyberGhost » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CyberGhost.

Fix CyberGhost unable to contact server/ CyberGhost internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CyberGhost » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CyberGhost » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
