Could not log in at all.....going to app I didn't even type nothing and emediately starts loading for long time to tell me try later.....I was on vacation and could not call or use app....and now 1 day late payment.....this is a horrible app....had problem with it since have account...4 years.....

The open sky app hardly ever works. Sends me a pin to verify who I am and when I put the pin in it never completes loading. Please fix this. Has been happening for months.
