Could not log in at all.....going to app I didn't even type nothing and emediately starts loading for long time to tell me try later.....I was on vacation and could not call or use app....and now 1 day late payment.....this is a horrible app....had problem with it since have account...4 years.....

The open sky app hardly ever works. Sends me a pin to verify who I am and when I put the pin in it never completes loading. Please fix this. Has been happening for months.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent OpenSky app issues:

Force Stop the OpenSky App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click OpenSky app. » click "Force Stop".

Update OpenSky to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OpenSky App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "OpenSky app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch OpenSky.

Fix OpenSky unable to contact server/ OpenSky internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click OpenSky » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got OpenSky » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
