PXC550 headphones can no longer be adjusted by android app.

I have just installed my new ambeo max soundbar but can’t enjoy its sound quality due to the Smart Control app on my iPad and iPhone not giving me access to the sound settings only basic details listed on the app I have spent hours trying to get it open up with no luck can you please assist I am now thinking that if no access to the settings for the soundbar is available I will be returning the product Michael wolski

My headphones say they are disconnected but hrue are turned on idk what to do

Just installed AMBEO MAX and hung my new Samsung 85" TV, downloaded AMBEO|OS app and it finds my soundbar just fine, but it is stuck on the colorful screen, won't do anything, cannot get to EQ so I am stuck with not enough bass, not even sure if Dolby Atmos is even functional....WTF?

No matter what I try the Smart Control App disconnects in the background as soon as my Samsung Galaxy's Screen Times out!

Phone connects to my HD4.40BT Just fine, the app cant see it. Tried in pairing mode, not pairing mode, already paired to my phone, not paired to phone, and different combinations of them all. Hard reset headphones, reinstalled app, reinstalled phone. No matter what i do, i just cant Add device to app, and always reverts back to "No device found.." when i try.

Same as everyone else. Smart Control app was working perfectly 2 weeks ago with my Momentums. Today I tried connecting to the app and keep getting device not found. Cleared bluetooth, reconnected, rebooted iPhone and still nothing. Very frustrating

I have a pair of BT458 headphones about 2 months old - since I updated my Smart Control app on my phone it now refuses to connect to them. The phone is connected in bluetooth settings and the headphones are playing music via Bluetooth. I have reset everything to see if that helps. When I click on "Add device" the headphones are added but I cannot connect to them from the app. When I click on them the "Disconnected" changes to "Connecting..." for approx 1 second and then changes back to disconnected. I'm trying to update the firmware as the ANC keeps switching itself off and on, and they're also switching between bluetooth devices while in use. Hopeless.

Just bought sennheiser ambeo installed smart control app and cannot connect to soundbar via bluetooth and nfc

My smart control app says my true wireless are disconnected even though they are working fine. Reinstalled the app to no avail. This issue started suddenly about three weeks ago.

Updated smart control app on IOS will no longer connect / pair to my Ambeo soundbar. This means I can no longer access EQ / settings etc. not impressed I’ve lost much of this expensive soundbars functionality. What will you do about it ?

Smart control app connects to my ambeo sound bar, but fails to connect to wifi despite trying everything. So I no longer have access to equalizer and it sounds terrible. The router is on the 2nd floor so I can't connect it directly and all attempts at wireless have failed.

control app won't find tw3's over and over and over it won't connect useless because you can't use the functionality without connecting

I had no problem with the old smart control app. It allowed me to control it and connected with my phone no prob, but once it updated recently to the new version it doesnt connect or even see my Ambeo soundbar. It did once or twice in the beginning which has been a few months now. I spent alot of money on the soundbar you would think this wouldnt be a problem. I cant connect/adjust the Ambeo soundbar at all. Which sucks..what can i do??? Does it even work??

Momentum 3, tried to upgrade the firmware, Is stuck at 100% and it say that 2 minutes are left for 30 minutes...

New app is not finding my AMBEO sound bar…. Even before the roll out of the new app. I’ve tried every solution but keeps giving Device not found…. Gives updated firmware tells me to please wait kicks me out and app shuts down… go back in and much of the same! I’ve invested big money to maximize this sound bar so please assist bc this is ridiculous!

My Momentum Wireless 3 headphones simply won’t connect to the Smart Control App after the latest firmware update. I didn’t experience any issues with my Momentum TW 2 earphones connecting to the Smart Control App.

I can not use the new smart control version on my Galaxy Tab 7. (on my Samsung phone it works). When on the tab it crashes after reaching the point of location permission. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but can not solve the problem. Please advise. Thank you.
