i have purchase Ambeo Soundbar recently . i've been thinking what happen to my connection with the Sennheiser Smart App , is there a bug or something because i unable to detect or connect my Ambeo Soundbar ?

I loved these True Momentum2 headphones until today. Out of the blue they stopped connecting and now they’re not even trying to pair to the phone. I restarted the phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it and still nothing. The method for pairing involves holding a finger on the earbud for a few seconds until it announces “pairing” in the ear. It’s not even doing that. After reading recent reviews, it seems there is an app software issue, but I’m not sure how an app issue would stop the earbuds from TRYING to perform the “pairing” function. I get “power on”, and some blips when I tap them, but that’s it. I hope there is a fix for this - because they sounded great.

The last version worked ok to switch between Bluetooth devices. I have a work iPhone and personal iPhone and the on either device could connect to the “le” device and change the audio connection to the device I wanted.
Now the new app won’t connect to the le device on multiple phones, so if I go from using one to the other, I can’t manage the connection easily with the phone I’m using. This is much worse functionality.
As things are, I wouldn’t buy another sennheiser Bluetooth device that only connected to one audio source and used this app.

So this app upgraded 4.0 with a new UI so I was excited that Sennsheiser has now fixed the numerous bugs.
Nope. It’s even worse. At least in previous editions my headphones would connect 50% of the time, now it’s 0%. At first it would be stuck on “Connecting”, then I’ve reset the app, and now won’t connect at all, can’t find my headphones.
It’s stunning how terrible this app, which is very necessary to control my headphones with its noise canceling and EQ settings, has just gotten worse.
