Every time I try to login to my account at papa murphys now since getting a new computer with widows 11 it give me a message about an mparticle error. I guess Ill not be back again in the future. Goodbye after many years.
I have not been able to open the app or log in for a long time now.
App will not load I tap it and it blinks a disappeared. Uninstalled reloaded turned off phone. All same issue. iPhone 8.
App blanks out when tapped. iPhone 8+ running 16.5. Started about six weeks ago. Have deleted and reinstalled without success.
I cannot login to my account nor order pizza online anymore. I get this when trying to login. mParticle is not defined Guess I'll be buying pizza somewhere else-Goodye.

iPhone iOS 16.4.1 When I load app the main screen appears & then just disappears. If I look at open apps it’s there but if select it just blanks out. I’ve been using app for many years without incident so this is a new issue.
I have removed the app and reinstalled but will not show locations. I kept trying to select curbside pickup and it would not show any locations. Finally, I selected in store pickup, and it showed locations. App should say curbside pickup not available.
I have the same Samsung error 70007. It has been going on for many months. Will Papa Murphys figure out how to fix it? Seems like a widespread problem.
I forgot my password. When I click on forgot to reset, I receive message that an unknown error has occurred. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Same problem with Samsung update. SO frustrating!!!
Trying to use app, just reloaded, asks to confirm push notifications then move app to background, finally get to login drop into background unable to sign in Also get (70007) Muliticast tool detected Please delete the application
Exactly the same problem as "Storm": I just upgraded my samsung phone and now the app won't work. I get an "invalid_client" message when I try to log in. I have verified my email and reset my password but that doesn't help. I am able to get into my account online.
