I open my APP and it says, "Something Went Wrong" An unknown error occurred. I have a new Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max. It works fine on my iPad.

Hi. I am five points away from a free pizza. I went today and got a pizza. I opened my APP but it said, "Something Went Wrong" An unknown error occurred. This is all it keeps saying. I don't want to download it again and lose my points. I've turned the phone off and back on. That didn't do anything. What do you suggest?

I had a problem ordering pizza for pick up tonight and I finally gave up. I ordered a make your own mega pizza with red sauce and mozzarella. Instead of showing all the toppings available, the order went straight to check out. Please explain how to order the other toppings, so I don't have this problem again.
