I had a panic attack today after attempting to simply order a pizza. Cannot log in, app doesn't work. Used multiple different phones, redownloaded app, restarted phone. Called my local store speak to the manager. They refuse to help me or acknowlege my issues. Asked Manager's name, Cathy. She couldn't resolve my issue. She refused to give me any contact information for a higher up employee or management. I called crying trying to just order my pizza. It took over 4 hours. Horrid communication. Terrible App Rewards are not Accessible I will NEVER recommened nor order from Pizza Hut again after this horrendous experience. Thank you for wasting my time, disrespecting anyone trying to access your app or website. What a terrible experience ...and with no resultion. I'd honestly like my meal reimbursed. It's absolutely unacceptable.
I believe that Pizza Hut decided they’re losing revenue in rewards, so instead of admitting it, they sabotaged their own app. Pathetic.
Error when logging in parts token??.. I guess I will call domino's
JSON PARSE ERROR.. I used to be able to go in as guest and then press login from there and then it would work but their next version broke that method so I cannot log in at all.. used everyone's worthless ideas about giving the app all the permissions uninstalling reinstalling rebooting phone throwing the phone at a brick wall... none of that worked
WTF????????? The app hasn't worked for probably a year. Crashes before I can log on!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does Pizza Hut realize what kind of revenue they're loosing????
Can not log in using iPhone App. JSOP error even after clearing cache and reinstalling app.
App has been down for awhile. Id order from Pizza Hut WAY more but I cant collect or redeem points so I order Donatos among other places. I have to either reset my password EVERYTIME, which is hella annoying, or go thru the website which os slow and doesnt allow me to collect or redeem points. Get your stuff together please...
Pizza Hut App is absolutely trash. Always get this Error when signing in. JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<' Pizza hut your food is garbage and unhealthy anyways fix the app it's annoying I'm tryna order something but the app is broken. 0 ⭐

When trying to submit my delivery thru app i keep getting message saying “Uh Oh! Must accept terms of use” Never had this issue before. Been trying for past 20mins. Log out and back in many times. Very frustrating. Might just order from Dominos now
Password has to be changed with each use , parse error . Have enough points for two lg pizzas , not able to use. Many screens lead to a nonsensical dead end . Password reset link is possibly broken . Find it amusing that is says page is baking. It's already baked like it's developer !
