Marco’s Pizza Status

Cannot select location. Will not move past the select order screen

The large pizza I just ordered spilled all over my bedroom floor!  None was salvageable; please see attached order!  Please rebate my credit card, or replace pizza.

The app keeps crashing, my rewards still aren't showing even though I called the store and the employee assured me that they would show up. It's ruining their business, I haven't ordered since installing the new app.

Error code 1023 when I try to select a store to order.

Old app worked pretty well. New app freezes and will not work no matter what I try. Might as well go back to the old app since this one is useless!!!

I have used/ordered from Marco’s for years. App stopped working for me 2weeks or more ago. Lost all my points and coupons. Very disappointed. Seems Marco’s is making no effort to resolve this situation. Tired of continuing emails with offers I can’t take advantage of.

Beyond frustrated with this app. It won’t let me sign in; my points won’t carry over to the online site which means I’m not getting my. $10 reward. I’m done.

Same problem. 10 dollars does not transfer over and then get an email on a BOGO deal and that code does not work. Can’t reach anyone at Marco’s. Screw you!

Same issue, my $10 off coupon and free cheeseybread did not transfer over. The app was garbage before but this is even worse

The new app has not worked since it rolled out. I cannot login, it tells me my password is incorrect and then the link to reset the password does not work. I'd like to keep using Marco's, but this problem makes it impossible. Cant create a new account bec6my phone number is already being used.

Marcos upgraded its app but my $10 Off and Free Cheezybread coupons didn't get carried over on my account. The Track Order function doesn't work either.

Fix the App its a mess

They upgraded the app, but my coupon doesn't carry over ($10 off). I have a picture saved with the code, but when I put it in the new app it says code not found.

They redesigned the app, but cannot log in to store ordering. When trying forgot password it said I had to create a whole new account. Can't create new account because phone numbers already being used. Really just messed up!

Every time I try to use the app it doesn't recognize my home address. Says it's not on your map. When I call it in, the store has no issue pulling it up. I tried deleting the app and reloading but that didn't work. Sure would like to use the app instead of having to call!
