It won't keep me logged in. I have to go through the whole login routine every time. If I need it 6 months from now, I won't remember my password. What good is it. Love the fingerprint thing. Why can't that be good enough?

I just got a new phone and now when I try to log in it gives the message “Oops an error has occurred”. I have tried all options such as forgot password, deleting the app and reinstalling. I still get the same message. Who do you contact for help?

Couldn't remember my password so I reset it. Now LA Wallet tells me that this license is linked to another account. Now I can't do anything with it. Keeps kicking me back to "add license"

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LA Wallet app issues:

Force Stop the LA Wallet App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LA Wallet app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LA Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LA Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LA Wallet app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LA Wallet.

Fix LA Wallet unable to contact server/ LA Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LA Wallet » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LA Wallet » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
