I just got a new phone and now when I try to log in it gives the message “Oops an error has occurred”. I have tried all options such as forgot password, deleting the app and reinstalling. I still get the same message. Who do you contact for help?

Once a user activates their current, valid license in LA Wallet, the digital driver’s license is valid for the life of the user’s current identity credential issuance. LAWallet will generate a unique image that is 100% Legal for driving purposes per Louisiana law of Act 625 of the 2016 session and approved by the Louisiana ATC for age-restricted purchases at various local restaurants, bars, and retail outlets. LA Wallet will allow you to keep a digital representation of your current Louisiana-issued state ID or driver's license.
