Received message to update app on Samsung phone. After attempting to do so, message said app won't work on my phone. Why not?
I was notified to update my apps. Popeyes app wouldn't update. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. After uninstall I went to Google and Popeyes was not even there. I had rewards and credit and now they're gone. Very upset.

The digital Customer Service Section of the Popeyes App just stops responding when I request to escalate to an Agent.
