If the trivia game stops working go to the app settings on your phone and clear the data. Then go to the app store and update the app and it should return to normal.

When selecting play for trivia it just spins and will not load. The rest of the app works fine and I am able to select rewards.

There is something wrong with your app on my iPhone when I tried to go to the play tab, it just keeps spinning around and round. It will not let me connect. This has happened since the last update.

Like most other people here I cannot access my rewards tab, nor scan my receipts. Everything else works fine which makes me think this in an intentional error so people loose patience and don't use their rewards which would save the franchise money, but screw the customer. FIX YOUR BROKEN REWARDS TAB!

I continually get an error when I try to go to the rewards button on the app... "Something went wrong. Try again" I have tried again multiple times. I've logged out and back in. I even deleted the app from my phone. I even tried to login on my wife's phone. Nothing works.

Two or three days ago I scored 10000 points playing trivia which ment I had won free wings for a month. Now the app sayes it will expire on 11/13/23 which is only a few days. Will someone look into this and correct my records. IMy telephone number for the app is 815-735-4437.

My old password won't work, I click on change password, but nothing is sent to my email so I can change my password, so the app is totally useless to me as it is. Any suggestions?

The app is terrible trivia is impossible to play as tapping answer doesn't work and questions are really delayed. Won't let me redeem prizes that I do win. Tried to download on my husband's iPhone as I use android and app isn't even available. Very frustrating app

Whenever I play Trivia, it's very slow that it makes it difficult to get the most amount of points for correct answers. Doesn't make it as enjoyable as I used to have. If there's any solution for this, I would be very grateful. The rest of the stuff in the app works fine,it's just the trivia that I'm having problems with.

when playing trivia I have to tap om my answer up to 15 times before it is accepted. also my phone is delayed 3 to 5 seconds from others around me. I have re installed the app several time and still experience this problem. I use a Samsung galaxy phone on version. Hope you can help me. Thanks

Checked in, playing Blazin' Trivia Round Stats = 0 Today Stats = 0 Overall Stats haven't changed since last week. Disappopinted

The BWW app automatically downloaded the new version and when I tried to log in with email and password I get "incorrect email & password" I uninstalled it 4 times or so and rebooted. However, everything is fine on my desktop, but when I use Chrome on my phone and go through their website I get the same error. I'm sure it's my settings, thoughts?

I can't check in or play trivia in the store. I can play trivia from home. When I can play in the store I'm unable to checkin. If it checks me in then it won't let me play trivia.

I am locked out of my account, I think I put my email address in wrong when I signed up the first time.
