I was just at the popeye's at Midlway and 25th street in port saint Lucie. I think the food was delicious. But the service was horrible. Very rude inconsiderate, our food was a sloppy sticky ness, The box was put in the bag on its side , so it dripped all over the place, no napkins, Also the order wasn't right. Very satisfied. We'll never go there again.

We try to purchase Popeyes ever week with the Popeyes app. It never works properly and takes me 45 min. to an hour to complete it and most of time there is some problem, the restaurant usually doesn’t receive the order and we do not get our points.
Have sent this letter to both of your listed corporate addresses in Atlanta and Miami with both being returned either unable to forward or vacant. Guess you do not want any letters of complaint sent to you. I have never been one to complain about food service but rarely and only a couple in writing. I understand that people can have bad days that affects their attitude and things beyond one’s control can happen to affect service but this one I feel you really need to know about, therefore, I am taking time to write this and send it to you and your office in Atlanta also. On the evening of June 3, 2023, I went to the Popeyes at 5329 Wendy Bagwell Pkwy here in Hiram, GA to get supper. Just when I got to the counter to order the POS system went down. The manager jumped on the problem while about 3 customers were awaiting their orders and he was on the phone with someone trying to get the system up but failed. After about 10 minutes he asked us to vacate the store. Those customers including myself left and they locked the door. The next day Sunday June 4, I decided to return to try again. When I got there about 6 cars were in the drive through line and 4 customers inside waiting for their orders. I ordered at 5:16 and waited. (Copy of receipt on back.) There was confusion in the kitchen about not having the items needed for the orders and the manager was responding that the items needed would be 8 minutes and 12 minutes etc. Meanwhile, we are all waiting and one customer gets very upset and voiced her frustration to the manager. I finally got my order and left the store at 5:46, 30 minutes for “fast food”. The crew there was very fretted and as I was pulling out of the parking lot someone locked the door. On my first visit when the system went down there was a lot of yelling in the kitchen and f words flying around. Also, the location was dirty and the floor sticky in areas obviously not well cleaned. Many of the employees were sloppily dressed, some laughing while the customers were waiting on their orders. Not a very good customer-oriented situation. Customers expect the food they order to be ready, the wait time to be reasonable, the location and employees to be presentable and the service satisfactory. In this case none of these occurred. Your chicken, biscuits and sides are very good but the above situation kills the desire to visit. Unfortunately, your company has a lot of negative feed back and needs a lot of changes for the good. I hope you take this as constructive as I would love to see you do better.
Ordered two classic chicken sandwiches at Oklahoma City 5200 NMay location on 5/21/23. Bit into one-Iit was a SPICY FISH sandwich. I could not eat the thing and it was too far to go back. Threw it out. Tried to call them numerous times but no answer! What a horrible restaurant. My second disappointment with Popeyes in OKC. Not going back and telling poeple the need to look at and smell their order before leaving. That is if anyone will go back after I let everyone know about this restaurant
I love the taste of Popeyes chicken and use it to reward myself . However, I have gone into the one in Belleview Florida and received different prices for the same amount of chicken 6 piece , spicy , dark mixed . i have paid $8.50 to the most recent $14.99 ? Also with the $8.50 i also received the biscuits? On the most recent purchase was $14.99 and no biscuits at all ? This was in a period of one to two months . Please explain , i am very curious , And the Manager came to the window and said this is a special that is no longer offered and i needed to pay for each piece of chicken / I left her know i just ordered the chicken only ? Ordered dinner for my family I ordered the 24-piece chicken tender I had a coupon for it and they only gave me 10 pieces of mixed bone breast five and wings I ordered french fries for the sides I got mashed potatoes and coleslaw I didn't know this until I got home it was too late to go back nobody was happy with the food it wasn't what we wanted for the amount of money I paid for that dinner I should have gotten what I wanted please respond thank you
I went to the Popeyes at 3909 17 Ave SE Calgary Alberta. I order 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. I only got 1 sandwich, I never going to buy from your company again, I only get cheated once, I have put you company on my band listed.

Your Popeyes franchise located in Huntington Beach California on beach Boulevard is the worst I’ve ever seen. You go in at 8:30 and they want me to stop cooking chicken, everything is packed in boxes not under a heat lamp in boxes. When you ask for fresh chicken at 8:30 PM and they close at 10 o’clock they said that’s it for tonight. She came from 830 Cerner to 10 o’clock and hour and a half later it’s not fresh chicken. And the worst thing they argue with you. If I’m spending my money I should have fresh food, they tell me this is a fresh as I can get cooked at 8:30 certain 915. Someone from the franchise should go in in fishers problem. I bought chicken tonight and is horrible and I want my money back. An old gentleman came in and asked for fries they said the froze down for the night and 915 that is so sad.
Sorry for the miss spelling but I was so angry. There’s no motivation there. The manager walks around and when he finally starts helping, he’s not wearing gloves. I ask him if someone else can help me. This site needs supervision. They leave the new employees up front and my order has been wrong so many times. I ask for 2 thighs, I get a thigh and a breast, I ask for spicy, I get original. It’s a hit and miss. You ask for the freshest, and you get in the car it’s barely warm and you can tell by the color it’s not fresh.
I’m so disappointed with Popeyes.

This app offers deals like a Shrimp Box for $5 and combo for $7 so if you buy both, Total is $12 plus tax. Yet the app ignores this and charges for each item in the offers separately for a total of over $18. That not cool. Also I have asked why can’t the Tuesday special of 2 pieces be included for $2.79. You have to enter the store and order this which I take offense to as it subjects me to higher risk rather that go to the mobile pickup at the back of the store. I guess they want me and others to go to KFC who don’t do this to us. Even when you place a mobile order there is a phone number to call which they do not answer. Let the buyer beware, this app cheats you so don’t use it. I my opinion the app is poorly written as it forces you to pick dipping sauce that do not exist and if you don’t pick it will not proceed. Other app (like McDs) ask do you want to customize which makes it much easier, this one forces you to and makes the experience unenjoyable. The app cheated me the first time out of $5 the second time I complained and got my money back and used it for the tip as the employees deserve it and are not responsible to really bad programmers. How hard is to to do the Math?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. How do you have an app, that was not tested. There is no way, this app had legitimate testers. I bought a family meal for $20 + and an hour later I am arguing about this meal. I get to Popeyes after ordering for pick up, I get there at 4:20 and was told that they are out of chicken, fries and biscuits. Just go ahead and shut the whole business down. This is seriously counter productive to the goals of the business. How do you have a 3rd party run your app that is not connected to the actual franchised business place. They are not able to cancel orders knowing Popeyes have several underlining issues- namely bad customer service. I had high hopes for the app because that would mean I do not get the opportunity to interact with the very rude people you hire in every state. So now with $20 to my name, I have to call customer service so she can then submit a ticket to the support team so they can get back to me in 48 hrs while I stay over here and die of hunger. App is trash. I will be reporting this to my bank, and filing a grievance with better business bureau. This is a scam, fraud and should be locked down immediately. Ridiculous ....
