Don’t trust the 30-day money back guarantee. The preview works fine to show you what’s already on your phone, but you don’t get to test how the recovery capabilities work. I paid $50 to watch my computer try to download the recovery files for almost two days straight with no results. I contacted the support center immediately, but they couldn’t help me either. When I requested my money back (well within the 30 day guarantee limit), they took forever to respond and gave me the runaround when they did telling me to “just keep trying”. Horrible service for a subpar product.

I don’t write reviews ever but i had to write one for iMyFone. I accidentally deleted one very important note and after i went to recover it from recently deleted and then it just disappeared. i had no idea what to do and then i looked online and saw iMyFone. i downloaded it on my phone and on my computer but after they did the scan on my phone for the missing note they asked for money to be able to recover it and it wasn’t even confirmed they had my exact note that i needed. 🙁

iMyFone or program doesn’t work, don’t waste your money and time with this company. They didn’t want to refund the money. The only thing they said It’s that you should try the free version before buying it, and of course when you do it, they ask you to buy it, because you can’t do anything with free one, it didn’t work and they can give the money back. The worst service ever. They only one to steal the money from you. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This is the only app that I have found that permanently I mean permanently deleted unwanted contacts and the contacts stay deleted. These contacts have not returned for three weeks. Great app keep up the good work.

Stupid. Why would you make an app where you do a scan..
Than get asked for your email to send you the download link (to your recovered files you would think) but it’s for their software for your computer!!! So you can than download that, to run the scan again and get asked to buy the full version to see files..
Don’t download.

In order to simply recover a SINGLE file, you must pay an *absurd* amount of money, not even the trial version will let you do so. It is much more effective to save your important documents that you would put on your notes onto multiple platforms, even writing it down in one or two notebooks is unbelievably more cost effective. Would rate zero stars if I could.

iMyFone should be removed from iMyFone Store. As similar to the reviews before mine the trial version does nothing to actually demonstrate the recovery capabilities. I paid for iMyFone and it did not recover a single file for me. Don’t even trust their “30” day money back guarantee policy. They won’t refund you. They will give you the runaround. I filed a dispute with my Credit Card company.

This product did not work. I contacted the company and they say they are “working on it,” but no
Solution has been given. I asked for a refund within two days of purchasing and they said they would only refund 30%. About to take it up with my credit card company. Very disappointed. This is fraud.

Their product didn’t work and they refuse to refund the money even though they advertise a money back guarantee. They stole $60 from me. And I had to spend more on a different software to do what their would not. It does NOT work. I am livid that they stole from me. DO NOT PAY THEM. I will continuing reviewing them on every single website I can find until I am paid back!

Don’t waste your time it’s all a scam into getting you download to spend money! Don’t give your email because then they want you to pay. The only reason I gave one star is so I can write the review. There’s nothing good about about iMyFone at all. I’m sure it might be good if you pay for it, but there’s free apps out there that do the same thing.

Why you gotta pay so much money to get your stuff back, thats like a mugger taking my stuff and having to pay for my stuff back, his get away, and his new home. This should be a samaritan thing since alot have lost important memories in photos and videos, and its ridiculous we have to pay to get them back.

I’m trying to use the “merge contacts” feature and it just crashes every time. I’ve tried from both of my phones ... XR and 11pro... same thing ... fix the glitch !!!!

It’s not the fact that you have to pay, but why be deceptive about it? You’d get more business with 1) More reasonable prices and 2) Just SAY that it costs, and what the price is. It’s no wonder iMyFone and service have horrid ratings and reputation with all of the misleading going on.

Bought to securely delete the files on my phone prior to selling, but it simply scans your phone and then asks you to download computer software (for a fee) in order to work... So why did I download iMyFone to begin with?

If you need to recover something, just go to website. App doesn’t do it, and just gives you download link for website.

It’s a China’s company which will download and scan all your info before you do anything to it. DO NOT USE IT!

Needs update to fix crash issue

The company claims 30 day money back guarantee prior to purchase to misguide us there is no harm testing the product. Guess what happens next? You know the answer. This is FRAUD.

Kept sending me from link to link. Then saying unsupported document without showing me what it stated would show me. Complete garbage.
