How to fix Lyca app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lyca app on iPhone
Update Lyca app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lyca iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lyca on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lyca network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lyca Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lyca not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lyca App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lyca » click [Force Stop]

Update Lyca to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lyca App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lyca » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lyca.

Fix Lyca unable to contact server/ Lyca internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lyca » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lyca » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
