Lycamobile app is not working. When I tried to open , just comment came. Force update.

Downloaded the app - upon opening ,it never fully connects or loads with only the forever spinning internet symbol - it’s not my connection as my email / internet & everything is correctly working

Force Stop the Lyca App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lyca app. » click "Force Stop".
