How to fix WaRadar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WaRadar app on iPhone
Update WaRadar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WaRadar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WaRadar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WaRadar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WaRadar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WaRadar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WaRadar App
1. On android, goto Settings » WaRadar » click [Force Stop]

Update WaRadar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WaRadar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WaRadar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WaRadar.

Fix WaRadar unable to contact server/ WaRadar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WaRadar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WaRadar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WaRadar
