Summary of NewFlash Problems 🔥

- Have to download an app

- Copied only two of the ten folders

- Data is gone but still says there is 154GB used

- Can't get pictures from the app to the iPad without using a thumb drive

NewFlash App just keeps crashing. Wont even open or let me see my photos, let alone upload or down load any. I have done quite a few hard resets, but it still crashes instead of opening.

Device won’t recognize external SD card. I have USB turn on and VPN off. Newflash recognize internal pictures but nothing on external device. Please explain why?

How to fix NewFlash app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NewFlash app on iPhone
Update NewFlash app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NewFlash iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NewFlash on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NewFlash network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NewFlash Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NewFlash not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NewFlash App
1. On android, goto Settings » NewFlash » click [Force Stop]

Update NewFlash to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NewFlash App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NewFlash » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NewFlash.

Fix NewFlash unable to contact server/ NewFlash internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NewFlash » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NewFlash » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NewFlash
