They were working on the service in Uniontown PA today and I lost phone service and internet . I do have my internet but do not have my phone service back. I can't get through because I have no phone . Tried to unplug modem because had no intrnet got it back and lost my phone. Please help.

My internet keeps popping in and out and my WiFi is not working at all the guy just hooked this up on Tuesday the 21st and when I trouble shoot it says something is wrong with the unit or modem.
