How to fix Cue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cue app on iPhone
Update Cue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cue app issues:

Force Stop the Cue App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cue app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cue App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cue app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cue.

Fix Cue unable to contact server/ Cue internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cue » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cue » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cue on android.
