Zoosk Status

When I use zooks live it keeps crashing not allowing me to view lives. What can I do fix the problem.

Once app opens on my android phone when click on profile photos at the top, the screen goes to black, and I can hear some kind of audio. This has been going on for at least a week.

I'm trying to create an account. I filled out my name, DOB, email, and a password and then I get a message saying email and password do not match. If I try to use the app it just says unable to sign up.

Many functions in the iPad app version do not function..

I am so tired of going to log in and I get no where most of the time. Why can I not get in at least 75% even though I pd 100% of what was expected of me

I was going to pay for the app but I can't even get into that app. I called MetroPCS they said it's not my phone it's your app! Please fix this technical problem! All it does is just lines on the bottom going through going through going through.! !!

Trouble with app unable to sign in , the send button disappears when texting

It won’t let me sign up! I use to have an account long ago and figured maybe I didn’t delete so I tried sign in that way but still the same issue.

I send messages and they auto delete. The sender will keep sending me messages asking where I went. My messages are just deleting themselves after I hit send! Help!!

Whatever Zoosk did has caused such bad issues using the app on iPhone, I want to discontinue subscription! It’s, trying to write a message, you get flipped out of the profile every 3 seconds and have to go back into the profile to try to add more text in 3 more seconds before you get flipped out again... and again! Then, clicking on a totally different profile, brings up the same profile that was looked at initially. In order to view a different profile, you need to exit the app, then open again, for ever profile you want to look at! I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but same thing! Developers need to Be fired!!

My card keeps getting denied. The bank informed me I needed a new card. Mine keeps being denied. I have tried twice. I do want to join. Having problems..It was compromised. Denied in 2 other places also. This will be my last request. I will have my new card tomorrow.

My search works only occasionally for my local area. It will show 35 or 40 people in my local area then I will use another feature on the app and go back for a local search and it will say there is no members or maybe just 2 or 3 people will show up. Is there a way to fix this problem?

After looking at 3-5 individuals pictures and story Zoosk will freeze on my IPhone 11. Have to power off. All other apps work but Zoosk freezes. I just retired and am looking to join now that I have time. But if this is common, I’ll move on. Thanks

1. On my android, Zoosk ALWAYS reports that I have no internet connection even though I do, thus no connections. 2. On my desktop, messages from Zoosk containing super long links do not work within Outlook 2007.

Zoosk on iPhone 11 freezes up. Will not work on closing and reopening app. Will work for a while after shutting down the phone and restarting.
