Have used Friendly Plus for several years in Android and iOS. Lately, past month Friendly has ceased to provide mitigated smooth use of Facebook. Any attempts to contact developer go unanswered. Have deleted Friendly and stopped recommending it to others. Facebook continues to abuse privacy. Legislators need competent and skillful assistants to teach them about the tools, and illegal means used by Meta. Meta cannot be trusted with privacy. They should be governmentally controlled.
Been using it for FB to block ads and sort posts by date, but lately it only shows on or two posts then breaks. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling along with clearing cache, but the moment i set it back to filter by date it breaks
I keep getting download unsuccessful when trying to download text files
I am unable to capture and save videos from Facebook to post. It says it’s downloaded but where is it going and if I copy it. The URL is not available. Please help!
My taskbar disappeared
I have a similar problem that someone else reported in the last few months. The buttons on the botton of the FB page have disappeared, including the messages, notifications, etc. I can't tell if there is a message received nor can I send one. I have deleted the app several times and I have used both the Friendly and Friendly Plus. I have cleared the cache. The bottom task bar reappears and then goes again. I note that the method of receiving messages is now different (when it has worked). The photo icons are now arranged along the left had side of the screen in a horizontal fashion. I have messenger and FB also on my phone (iphone 14 Pro Max). They have worked together for years prior to this problem.
Using iPhone 14 Pro Max 17.1 ios version and friendly plus. Been a year since Friendly app (Facebook)not able to download videos. Giving me an error message “Failed to download Video” is there any solution for this please? Thanks.

I’ve used Friendly app for sometime now with great success-with both sorties and on a wall - just in the past week or so I try to download a story photo or video and get message that says no photos or videos detected - this I am unable to download
On Roku app says service not available?
Suddenly Facebook isn’t showing the buttons on the bottom of the page so there is no way to see messages or notifications.
Hi, the past week or two the Android app has been very glitchy playing Facebook videos - the first few seconds are ok, then it starts skipping and gets stuck on a ~1 second loop. Tried updating the app, still has the problem.

Message says browser not supported. Use safari or chrome. I’m using safari. Worked fine first two weeks then stopped. Still works for IG and YouTube but not Facebook. Using latest IOS.

Like Jeff said. Nor Vivaldi or Firefox seem to work. Still the same "not supported" error message
