1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SocialView app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SocialView.

Click SocialView » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
