I have a problem with Hootsuite

User reports:
No current problems

- Composition interface can be buggy and cursor placement can be off

- Calendar feature for post scheduling is difficult to navigate

- Must have a business profile and linked Facebook page to schedule and post to Instagram

- Can only post square images to Instagram

- App suffers from memory problems and crashes frequently

- Cannot upload multiple photos when using a computer

- Paid membership upgrade options may not be available if free trial was used on a different device

- Facebook posting creates one post per image, rather than allowing for multiple images in one post.

The screen is just white. It says I'm logged in, but there is no dashboard, just a white screen.

To resolve Hootsuite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Hootsuite App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hootsuite » click [Force Stop]

Clear Hootsuite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hootsuite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hootsuite.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hootsuite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hootsuite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
