My videos and photos from the Fusion Dance Competition won't download to my android phone. I am able to see them on the Dakiki app, and it says download was complete, but they are no where to be found on my android phone. I paid $80.

My app won't give me an option to download it only allows me to preview photos and videos but other members of our group can download. How do I fix this?

It won’t let me add the bravo comp to my events. It says successfully added but won’t show up there

Finally was able to load the app and when logging in, forgot password. Tried to reset password it says. Your account is not confirmed.

I am having issues with a new account that I created on last Friday. I am able to log into the app with my cell phone number, but unable to access into the Events & Media Tab. A couple of dots do run across the top but then I am bumped back to the same screen to pick a destination. It had worked initially on install on Friday. I have removed the APP and then down loaded again and I have shut off my IPhone as well to reboot. Neither strategies have provided resolve to the issue. I would like to view my daughter’s pictures from the seance festival we just attended. 780-288-3505

How to fix Dakiki app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dakiki app on iPhone
Update Dakiki app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dakiki iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dakiki on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dakiki network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dakiki Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dakiki not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dakiki App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dakiki » click [Force Stop]

Update Dakiki to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dakiki App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dakiki » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dakiki.

Fix Dakiki unable to contact server/ Dakiki internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dakiki » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dakiki » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dakiki
