Lots of performance bugs in Dakiki. Can only find my dancer every other time I try. Sometimes it tells me she is in their system and sometimes she isn’t. Her name and birthdate WERE entered correctly - but she only pops up sometimes. Photos were all taken from far away and there is no way to click on and enlarge individual pics to see if my daughter is even in them. Part of that is that the photographer was not good- but Dakiki developers have no control over that. The features that were supposed to be available didn’t contain any data (schedules, performance orders, who is on stage and who is up next.) Very frustrating to use and I
Consider myself to be very tech literate.

I have tried numerous times to get help with trying to find pictures from my daughters competition. I keep getting the same message, no submissions for that name. And I have entered the data the exact way it was given to them. I was told I needed to contact them directly for help. The phone number does not exist, another number I found belongs to someone else. And no one is getting back to me when I submit for help on Dakiki , or online.

The photo quality is poor. The pictures are too far away from the dancer(s) and when I try to crop the photo for a reasonably closer look, the resolution is terrible. I paid for access to all my dancers videos and pictures yet only have access to the solo performances while others on our dance team have access to the same group routines that I am still waiting on.

This is great!!! I have loved using this site for pictures and videos. They are great downloads. The time was great we could see pics right after the dance

So convenient and when you download your media it goes straight to your camera roll

After a few days I can’t get past the screen that says classes for photos and videos. I click photos and nothing happens. I have deleted Dakiki twice and reloaded for nothing to happen. Frustrating since the videos still haven’t been fully loaded and now I can’t get them.

I have registered two different emails to try to gain access. I got through once but now cannot get beyond the screen where it asks to pick between Dance Studio Classes or View Competition Photos/Videos. I select “View Competition Photos/Videos” and nothing happens. There is no support for users of Dakiki .

Dakiki is terrible it took me about 10 tries for it to be able to process payment on an unlimited card. When I reached out to customer service…. The reply from Christine was please contact the bank the card must not be valid.

1 out of 3 picture/videos are available. It has been over a month since the competition. Sent 2 messages to support with no response. Please help.

I can’t find any photos or program information for DTU. I have money to spend but can not by pictures. Very frustrating.

Cannot even see the nationals I’m looking for to download my daughters dance pics and routines. But the stupid dance comp site keeps redirecting me to this dang app! IM GETTING NOWHERE! 🤦🏼‍♀️
