HELLO. I HAVE TRIED FINDING MY DAUGHTER USING THE DAKIKI APP. SHE WAS IN THE NASHVILLE INFERNO SHOW. HER NAME IS SARAH BAUCOM 6/24/11 AND WAS WITH DANCE CLASSICS- COUNTRY GIRLS. WHEN I TRY TO ADD HER IT SAYS NO DANCER WITH THAT NAME OR THE BIRTHDAY IS INCORRECT. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. KIND REGARDS, LORI BAUCOM

Lots of performance bugs in this app. Can only find my dancer every other time I try. Sometimes it tells me she is in their system and sometimes she isn’t. Her name and birthdate WERE entered correctly - but she only pops up sometimes. Photos were all taken from far away and there is no way to click on and enlarge individual pics to see if my daughter is even in them. Part of that is that the photographer was not good- but the app developers have no control over that. The features that were supposed to be available didn’t contain any data (schedules, performance orders, who is on stage and who is up next.) Very frustrating to use and I

I have tried numerous times to get help with trying to find pictures from my daughters competition. I keep getting the same message, no submissions for that name. And I have entered the data the exact way it was given to them. I was told I needed to contact them directly for help. The phone number does not exist, another number I found belongs to someone else. And no one is getting back to me when I submit for help on the app, or online.
Great concept, poor performance

The photo quality is poor. The pictures are too far away from the dancer(s) and when I try to crop the photo for a reasonably closer look, the resolution is terrible. I paid for access to all my dancers videos and pictures yet only have access to the solo performances while others on our dance team have access to the same group routines that I am still waiting on.
