After I enter my pin, it just spins and will not proceed to the question screen
App not working
App very slow. I put in my PIN and have to wait a very long time for it to finally come to screen. It also takes a long time to sync.
How can I get access to the app? My doctor gave me only a PIN. The last week it worked. But now I can get in. Volker Stöckle
App to work
I have app on iPhone 13. It stopped responding g when I enter my PIN. Updated the app and even did a hard reboot of phone. Same result - I enter PIN and it does not move to the questions as it normally has
