2 years agoHave been in Moderns trial for past 9 months using app on loaned iPhone from research center. Just bought smart phone and installed app and got activation code from center. I start app, indicate I have Activation Code and the enter it in next screen. Hit SUBMIT and nothing happens. Got out and back in and same thing. also tried re-install with same result.

3 years agoHad first Novavax trial shot on 12/29. DL app and it syncs, but after introduction form, nada. Friend having same problem.

3 years agoReceived vaccination yesterday - downloaded the app. I can get in but can't get past the training section. The wheel bottom right spins continuously, syncing. I can only see information about the forms and wasn't able to enter any data last night or today.

3 years agoHaving attended a screening today for trials of the Novavax covid-19 vaccine and received the vaccine, I downloaded and activated the Patient Cloud app. But, I now can't login to the app - enter my email and password, and sign in - the app hangs, spinning wheel if death...

does not work with iphone 12
Got a new iphone 12 and now the login screen does not respond. tried using the forgot PIN option, and it goes to a password reset screen which makes no sense. from there, it never emails me any password reset email (even though I started from a forgot pin option). completely inaccessible. tried restarting phone. tried reinstalling app. nothing.

Lots of Crashes
A recent update has made this app super crash-prone. Tonight I filled out three relatively short forms and the Patient Cloud app crashed eight times. This is typical of my experience over the last 2-3 weeks. Even when I have one short form I usually have a couple of app crashes in the brief time it takes me to fill it out.

Don't update!!!
the new app crashes constantly! Everytime I go to the last page to submit data the app crashes! I have to log back in a continue from the page that crashed! so annoying and unnecessary! roll back the update and fix this garbage!
