Got a new iphone 12 and now the login screen does not respond. tried using the forgot PIN option, and it goes to a password reset screen which makes no sense. from there, it never emails me any password reset email (even though I started from a forgot pin option). completely inaccessible. tried restarting phone. tried reinstalling app. nothing.

App is not letting me log into my diary since I upgraded my iPhone to the 12 pro max. It seems to be a common problem according to the people at the research study group. Not cool, this is a crucial research study !!

This might be one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen or used. As soon as this study is over it will be deleted immediately. Bad design. Bad UX. No Face ID. Even when using the quick passcode it glitches.

This thing is horrendous, i can’t enter my data half the time and then get a notice I have to enter my data for the day. I don’t understand PatientCloud at all. It’s bad, and this is how data is being collected for Covid trials? What?!

After logging my temperature every day for 5 months for this important covid vaccine trial, once I upgraded my phone to a 12, I can no longer log in. I am suppose to keep registering my temperature until January 2022 to complete the trial, but I guess that’s not happening….

I complete the daily diary between noon and 1 pm every day. Sometimes late at night it will notify me to complete the diary when I already have. Other times I get a message the next morning that I missed the day before.
Manual syncing just sends it into a freeze.

the new app crashes constantly! Everytime I go to the last page to submit data PatientCloud crashes! I have to log back in a continue from the page that crashed! so annoying and unnecessary! roll back the update and fix this garbage!

A recent update has made PatientCloud super crash-prone. Tonight I filled out three relatively short forms and the Patient Cloud app crashed eight times. This is typical of my experience over the last 2-3 weeks. Even when I have one short form I usually have a couple of app crashes in the brief time it takes me to fill it out.

Been in a study for over a month. Have to fill this out daily but now it kicks you out every time to try and enter your data. I’ve been in contact but no luck getting it fixed. No way to go back to a previous version that worked

Does not allow multiple subjects per app. For a parent with multiple kids in studies, this is a obvious miss by either app devs or product managers

Yesterday’s update (12/6/2021) seems to have broken PatientCloud . When I submit my identifier it spins a few seconds and then just sits on that screen.
