I have a problem, once i fill out all the form of istanbulkart in the app, they notice me that" my kimlik number is wrong" but actually i wrote it so many time and it's true even i used on different websites and apps and it's done, only in Istanbul kart app they didn't accept it

Android: Stuck on 1st page (where we should put it phone number, I guess) Cannot put in country code (if it's for country code). I can put everything to 2nd field - but that doesn't help Pressing black button doesn't do anything
