If you never experienced to be humiliated by a private bank staff than you should open an account in this bank and it’s totally free. Their staff are all high born( as they behave ). May be you are a millionaire but you will be treated as a relief recipient there if you are not familiar to them. Specially their uttara branch which is in siaam tower, rajlokkhi is the worst one. They have some lady staff and their attitude ( can’t find the perfect words to describe)😡😡
MyPrime doesn’t perform well at all. The registration process is extremely frustrating. Right now, I’ve pressed the Login button some 50 times, didn’t work. I deleted and reinstalled MyPrime , and now the submit button doesn’t work. These are basic UX problems that remain unresolved.
am facing problem to complete this app app registration in my iOS device after OTP arrives. When I put the OTP in to field and press Submit button it does not do any response.
I have sent email to corresponding Authority what they have send me in reply was a manual . But this is not the solution I guess.
Cannot login from my iPhone as the new device OTP screen doesn’t pass to the next page. So no OTP and cannot verify the login process!
Please fix it!

This is very necessary app but entering into MyPrime is very difficult. Difficulties may remove adding Touch ID to MyPrime .
I CAN'T SEE ANY STATUS OF MY ANY ACCOUNT, DEPOSIT,CARD AFTER UPDATING TO 2.0.6 VERSION. PLEASE FIX URGENTLY.
