Not getting shifts at the moment

Why am I having issues with my app
Every time I try to check for hours I can’t because I’m stuck on the blue screen my word choice. I have to take the app off my phone and then re-download it. It’s getting very tiresome I want to work and I can’t because my app doesn’t want to work for me.
