the app says to turn on location that it must be aways on but there isn't a setting for location where it sends me, and the app is blocked with a flag telling me to go to settings and change this but there is no setting where it sends me.

Reset location tracking and updated to iOS 16.5 but when I start the app warns location must be set to always and precision but there is no setting for location.
