At this point I have had fifteen trips and not a single point of rewarded. I did not download this app just for it to track my driving, I’m expecting rewards. Highly disappointed and so far just a waste of battery life

How do I use all my points towards one reward? iTunes for instance I don’t want 20 different gift card numbers..
I think the only problem I’ve had is that it claims I use my phone a lot but what I’m actually doing as using a wireless headset to make phone calls, which is legal in Massachusetts.. but yet my score keeps going down because of that. Mostly the entire time my phone is on a mount on my dashboard not being touched.
Definitely keeps me honest on the road, because I want to earn those points so I can get those rewards!

I’m disappointed in the app. It is assured that the app knows when you are a passenger vs. driver and sadly, it does not.
It’s been rating multiple trips where I am a passenger (I travel for work a decent amount and utilize Uber when traveling) so my personal rating is going down significantly.
I’ll keep trying it for the next few weeks but doubt I’ll end up enjoying any rewards.
